Delete Your Account In-App

You can permanently delete your Khalisa account directly from the app at any time. Open Settings, scroll to the Account section, and tap “Delete Account”. After confirming, your account and associated data are permanently removed. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing privacy@khalisa.eviawellness.net from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal information (name, email, date of birth), all health and cycle data (symptoms, predictions, body metrics), uploaded lab reports, medications and prescriptions, data synced from connected wearable devices, and your app activity. This data is erased from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Data We May Retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate purposes — such as transaction or security audit logs and de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you. Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and is then deleted. We do not retain identifiable health data after deletion.
